Qualify For The Place you Love.

How do I know If I Qualify?

To Pre-Qualify, All Renters Must Have:

Nationwide income

Documented Income

Our decisions are not credit-based, so having verifiable long-term income is paramount. You must be able to prove what you earn. Paycheck stubs, bank statements, annuity payments, SSI payments, tax returns or a combination of the above are all acceptable.

No Prior Evictions

Past performance is no guarantee of future outcome, but it is a good indicator. We base our business on this concept. Any past eviction, no matter if it happened 2 days ago or 20 years ago, is a non-starter. There is no way around this.

No Open Bankruptcies

Having filed for bankruptcy in the past does not necessarily exclude you. However, any past bankruptcy must be discharged. Our research is thorough, and we will absolutely find them if they exist, so honesty is the best and least expensive policy.
