Our Streamlined Process Allows us to Go From Application To Closing In A Matter Of Hours
1. Submit Your Free Application.
To apply, please visit our application page and upload your identification and proof of income. We will conduct our due diligence to verify your pre-screening information. After confirming that we can assist you, we will invoice you for your credit and background reports to calculate your debt-to-income ratio, confirm your absence of evictions, and provide your approval letter. This will not appear as an inquiry or “hard pull” on Transunion, Equifax, or Experian.
We Typically Have Preliminary Decisions in A Few Hours.
2. Find Your New Place.
Prior to submitting a rental application, it is essential to confirm that a guarantor will be accepted. While most apartment complexes and private landlords love our service and understand the benefits we bring, some are not up to speed yet. Check first, please. Once you’ve found your place, send us their email and we will contact the landlord on your behalf to ensure that all details are verified before proceeding.
We Can Close In Hours If Time Is A Factor.
3. Sign Your Lease And Move In.
Once your lease has been successfully cleared, our agreement will be sent out for E-signatures. Upon receiving our fee, (equivalent to one month’s rent) a fully executed copy of our agreement will be signed on our end and sent to all parties. There are no ongoing maintenance fees or charges from us, and you may continue paying rent directly to your landlord as usual. Should you like to enroll in our rent reporting service, kindly let us know and we will arrange it for you. (Please note: landlord cooperation is necessary).
