1. Submit Your Free Application.
To get started, please visit our application page and upload your documents. We will conduct our due diligence to verify your application information. After confirming that we can assist you, we will invoice you for your credit and background reports and issue your approval letter. This will not appear as an inquiry or “hard pull” on Transunion, Equifax, or Experian.
We Typically Have Preliminary Decisions In About An Hour.
2. Find Your New Place.
Once you’ve found your place, notify us of the new address and send us the landlord’s contact info and we will contact the landlord on your behalf to confirm the details.
We Can Close In Hours If Time Is A Factor.
3. Sign Your Lease And Move In.
Sign the paperwork. Our agreement will be sent out for E-signatures. Should you like to enroll in our rent reporting service, let us know and we will arrange it for you. (Note: landlord cooperation is required).
